T: There are various kinds of jobs to choose from. Basically, here is a summary of the six job personality and work environment types based on Holland, that is RIASEC. Q2: Is it essential that teenagers decide on a career before they become adults? Why? Q3: What are some of the ways that can help people decide which career is appropriate for them? S: Turn to parents, teachers and elder family members for advice; surf the Internet; consult some experts.
